Hot Chicken Salad

This is sooooo good….especially with croissants
2 Cups Cooked Chicken (diced)
2 Tbsp green onions
½ Cup slivered almonds
1 Cup mayo
1 Cup crushed plain potato chips
2 Cups diced celery
½ tsp salt
2 Tbsp lemon juice
½ Cup cheddar cheese

Mix cheese and chips, set aside. Mix all ingredients (except chips and cheese). Put in 9 x 13 pan. Top with cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. I also like to add crasins when I have them.
