These Sweet Lemon Tarts are wonderful!! The phyllo dough is a bit treatise to work with but the final product is well worth it. My favorite part...wait, my favorite parts are the meringue and the chocolate :)There is this wholesale produce place here in town and they had a great deal on strawberries. 8 lbs for $7....awesome!! So I made chocolate covered strawberries one night....Simple and big hit :)
