So, left over from the Pumkpin Gingerbread recipe (which I still need to post) I had canned pumpkin that needed to be used up so I made these cookies....they are so good. Not too sweet, but I should have added some chocolate chips or rasins to them. They are still good though. Libby's Old Fashion Soft Pumpkin Cookies
