Welcome Home Banner



I made Tate a WELCOME HOME banner when He returned home from his Spring Break trip to Las Vegas...It turned out cute (I mean Cool). I am looking forward to making more for birthday's and holidays! Fun way to use up some scrapbook paper, which I have a HUGE abundence of!!
